What's your lead time on orders?

If an item is in stock, I ship it out immediately—usually within 1-2 business days. For build-to-order pieces, lead time is typically 3-5 business days depending on the product and current order volume. I'll let you know the expected timeline when you place your order.

Why are some items out of stock?

I make gear in small batches to maintain quality and control over every piece. When something sells out, I restock it as quickly as I can—usually within a week or two depending on materials and current orders. If you're looking for something that's out of stock, send me a message and I can give you a timeline or let you know when it's available again.

What materials do you use?

I work primarily with canvas - some pieces use waxed canvas for added weather resistance. Hardware is YKK zipper, and I use grosgrain binding and webbing with bar-tack stitching for durability. Everything is built to handle real field use.

Do you offer custom work or modifications?

Yes. If you need specific dimensions, additional pockets, or custom features for your setup, reach out through the contact page. I'm happy to discuss custom builds or modifications to existing designs.

Where do you ship? Do you ship internationally?

Currently shipping within the US only. If you're located outside the US and interested in placing an order, reach out through the contact page and we can discuss options.

Can I return or exchange an item?

Because most items are made to order, I don't accept returns on standard purchases. If there's a defect or issue with your gear, contact me and I'll make it right. For custom orders, we'll confirm all details before I start building.

Do you offer wholesale or work with retailers?
