Returns and refunds

Not the right fit? Return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be unused and in the condition they arrived. Waxed canvas shows wear quickly, so I can't take back pieces that have been put to work.

Email me first at hello@royalriverthreadworks.com to start a return. You pay return shipping and I'll refund your original payment within 5 business days of the item arriving back in the shop.

Custom orders are final sale unless I made a mistake. If something arrives damaged or has a defect in materials or workmanship, I'll repair, replace, or refund it, and I'll cover the shipping.
